Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition.

With all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty).
Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, significantly different from the description, or not fit for purpose.
